Here you will find actual information about the facilities and services, that we offer at the hotel.
Useful information
Accommodation:
• Check-in – after 15 h
• Check-out – until 12 h
• Check-out – after 12 h – upon availability at extra charge
Cleaning of the rooms:
• Every day from 08:30 till 16:00 h
Mini bar:
• The mini bar is NOT included in the All inclusive program and it is for extra charge
• You can order on the Reception (telephone number: 9)
Electricity:
• Let’s protect the environment and save energy together!!!
• The electricity supply in the rooms is 220V/50Hz. Each room is equipped with an energy-saving system!
• Please insert the key card into the card holder located right next to the front door
• When leaving the room, please remove the card and take it with you
Air conditioner:
• The air conditioner is working only when you put the key card in the card holder on the entrance and the balcony door is CLOSED!
Lifts:
• Smoking in the lifts is FORBIDEN!
• Kids below 12 years old is NOT allowed to use the lifts alone
Pets:
• Pets are allowed on the territory of the hotel, but with weight till 7 kg and they are extra charged
Doctor:
• Hotel Sunrise offers 24/7 medical services. If necessary, please notify the Reception (telephone number: 9)
Safe:
• At the reception you can get a safe for a fee – price BGN 6 per day
• The hotel is not responsible for valuables left in the rooms
Pools:
• Outdoor pools – guarded from 09:00 to 17:00, other than this time interval the hotel is not responsible for your safety
• Indoor pool – open from 08:00 to 09:30 and throughout the day in bad weather conditions
• It is forbidden to use the pools after the working hours due to cleaning with chemicals.
• Beach towels are available at the SPA reception for a deposit of BGN 10
• RESERVATION OF SUNBEDS AT THE SWIMMING POOLS IS PROHIBITED AND WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST TOWELS.
Animation:
• You can find the animation program on the daily animation board
• Our newly opened “KIDS Room”, located on the 1st floor, is also available for our hotel guests aged from 2 to 5.
SPA:
• Working hours: 09:00 to 18:00
• The SPA is equipped with a sauna, aroma sauna, 2 jacuzzies, steam bath, relax area, Kneipp path, hairdresser’s, beauty studio, manicure and other
• Services are subject to an additional charge (Telephone number reception -9; telephone number Spa center -830)
Beach and transport to the beach
• The beach is located 350 meters from the hotel
• Direct exit to the beach
• Open the door with your room key card
• A free shuttle bus is available to take you to the beach
• Ask on the reception about the shuttle bus schedule
Politics and rules in the hotel:
• All guests are responsible for equipment and furnishing in the rooms. In case of something being broken or damaged, the guest must pay at the reception, The prices are fixed by the hotel.
• ECO policy – to preserve nature we ask you not to throw wet towels on the floor, because this means “Please change them!”, and hanging towels means “I will use them again!”
• Please, do not take the towels out of the room. In case you lose hotel towel it will be charged. Prices – BGN 45 – large towel; BGN 25 – medium towel; BGN 15 – a small towel
• Each room is stocked with 2 large towels, 2 medium towels and 1 small towel for double occupancy. If you find a discrepancy, please inform us at the Reception
• When leaving the hotel, you must return the key cards (2 pieces), All inclusive wristbands and pay, if you have additional charges.

Hotel credit
• The card payment system is implemented in our hotel.
• For your convenience at your arrival you will receive a card with which you can charge your bills for services that are not included in the All-inclusive package, to your room account. You can use it at the lobby bar, pool bar, restaurant and in our spa center.
• Carry the hotel credit card with you at all times.
• At your departure, please, give the card back at the reception
